После перезагрузки выполнил команду все прошло вирусов нет.в диспетчере этих устройств не стало

Устройство пропало в диспетчере, в скрытых тоже не появилось. Несколько раз перегружался, вторую команду вводил повторно, не помогло.
Инет отпал, при заходе в инет стало выдавать ошибку 711: не удается загрузить службу диспетчера подключений удаленного доступа.
Пытался с помощью устранения неполадок исправить ошибку не помогло, выдало вот такую проблему:
Сетевой адаптер Подключение по локальной сети не имеет допустимых параметров настройки IP.
Пытался в ручную установить сетевой адаптер, не получилось. Выбирал все устройства, но microsoft-овских дровах не нашел WAN Miniport IKEv2.
Пришлось восстанавливаться через точку восстановления. Устройство так и висит с кодом 31.
