чистая загрузка в любом случае не поможет, так как в версии 8 драйвер dolby advanced audio v2 прекрасно работал, а в версии 8.1 почему то перстал работать.
С офф сайта Lenovo скачал драйвер x64 для windows 8 но все же толку нет. не хочет запускаться, а без него звук уже не тот!!!

КланДима, для корректной работы того или иного оборудования и взаимодействия операционной системы с конкретным оборудованием необходима установка дополнительного программного обеспечения - драйверов.
Драйвер - это программа, обеспечивающая взаимодействие компьютера с оборудованием и устройствами. Без драйверов устройства, подключенные к компьютеру, не будут работать должным образом.
В связи с этим в данном случае для корректной работы указанного устройства рекомендую Вам попробовать откатить драйвер для Вашего устройства, однако, предварительно обратитесь к производителю устройства для уточнения информации относительно возможности получения драйверов непосредственно для Windows 8.1, а также совместимо ли вообще Ваше оборудование с Windows 8.1

делал всё выше перечисленное и даже скачивал и переустанавливал драйвера с оф сайта Lenovo к моей модели и серии для Windows 8.1 но ошибка не пропала, чистая загрузка не дает положительного результата, все та же ошибка. Решите пожалуйста эту проблему!

СОВЕТУЮ СКАЧАТЬ ДРАЙВЕРА ЗВУКА ПОД WIN 8.1 С РАДНОГО САЙТА ПРОИЗВОДИТЕЛЯ. В ДАННОМ СЛУЧАЕ LENOVO. И ПОСЛЕ ЭТОГО ЗАПУСТИТЬ ВОССТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ПРОГРАММЫ DOLBY

I tried about 15 times to do the steps listed above. It did not work for me
I had to completely uninstall the Conexant Smart Audio HD driver and re-install from the Lenovo website. I have a Lenovo Yoga 13. Now that I have done that, Dolby Home Theatre v4 works.
For those of you who cant get the above steps to work, you can try this:
Follow steps 1 through 3 above. Once the Confirm device Uninstall window appears, make sure the Delete the driver software box is checked, then click uninstall.
Go to website below and install the driver.

OK, so i managed to solve this problem another way by going to the lenovo website and installing the newest audio program there. Everything works now, expect I still get that error notification every time I start up my laptop, very annoying. Anyone know how to get rid of this?

The re-start did cause Conexant to re-appear in the Device Manager, but the error could not start the Dolby Audio Driver
Not sure how to correct this, but everything else appears to be operating correctly.

Did you continue on with the rest of the instructions after the restart?:
Right-Click on Conextant SmartAudio HD and choose Update Driver Software.
Choose Browse, navigate to d:driversaudio and click OK
When thats done, close Device Manager.
Open File Explorer and navigate to D:driversAudioDolbyGUI and run or if that was your error message title.

I tried the above but still get the error message, when I double click on dolby advanced audio, the wizard only lets me either repair or remove, I assume I use the repair option, is this right

Im not sure but I would probably use the repair option or reinstall if that is an option; If you do a remove, Im thinking you would then need to visit the PC manufacturers website to obtain a new driver.
Open Device Manager. Right-click on the Start button and choose Device Manager
Expand the Sound, Video and Games Controllers section
Expand the Sound, Video and Games Controllers section.
When thats done, close Device Manager.
Hopefully the error message will now be gone for good!

I install Windows 8 Professional x64 on my Acer AS5750G and lost my driver called Dolby Advanced Audio V2. Microsoft experts said that the official website of Dolby has no available drivers and they recommended to contact Acer Support. I have done that but the Acer Support is unresponsive it has already been two days and I aint got any response.
As Windows 8 was released some days ago, not all drivers are available for Windows 8 and in your case all you can do is stick with your current operating system which provides good functionality for your driver and periodically check on Acer Support for the latest drivers available for your product. Only then perform the upgrade of your operating system.

Sounds like for the most part the presets have a good amount of boost, meaning its just making the music louder, which our ears naturally perceive as better. Good if your speakers dont go loud enough, otherwise relatively useless program. Volume normalizer works across the frequency band of all sources, even if there is only one source playing, which means it is just flattening the EQ curve of everything which is horrible for listening to music. Not to mention annoying since it changes your EQ curve if you try to create a custom one. Should just work as a program level attenuator like a real normalizer does. There are better options out there that offer more control and better quality
