Здравствуйте.Приобрел у вас принтер Brother HL-2132R Laser Printer A4 2400x600dpi 20ppm 8Mb USB2.0 Хочу спросить с чем связано очень долгое время отклика принтера?
После отправки задания на печать, а это тоже происходит долго, так как офис, Adobe reader и стандартная программа печати в windows 7 подвисают при настройки печати программа не отвечает, и после нажатия кнопки печать также все зависает. Итого общее время печати 1 страницы если печатать только одну страницу приближается к 10 минутам!!
Драйвера стоят, устанавливал принтер по инструкции. Windows 7 x64.
Вряд ли конечно - но не брак ли это?

Ресурс стартового тонер картриджа рассчитан на 700 копий - по отчету самого аппарата плюс-минус, впрочем как и не стартового, т.е. через каждые 700! отпечатков - аппарат будет ругаться - Замените тонер. В моем случае ошибка вылезла по счетчику 960 стр.
Выхода два: либо заказать и поставить заправочный комплект - шестерню и пружину /?p1108. либо каждый! раз сбрасывать счетчик ручками нужен сам аппарат.

Для сброса счётчика тонера монохромных печатающих устройств производства Brother используется достаточно сложный для понимания рядового пользователя алгоритм. Поэтому была разработана аппаратная реализация кнопки сброса счётчика тонера. В качестве примера взят Brother HL-2132R, который использует картриджи небольшой номинальной ёмкости около 1000 страниц и поэтому нуждается в достаточно частом сбросе счётчика тонера. Сброс счётчика для хорошо печатающего картриджа также помогает использовать ресурс тонера этого картриджа до конца.
Немного теории. При установке нового картриджа в принтер имеющаяся на нём шестерня своим выступом нажимает на привод флажка наличия картриджа. После старта двигателя аппарата эта шестерня поворачивается на 1/2 оборота и при дальнейшей работе принтера более не вращается. В процессе вращения шестерня 2 раза снимает нажим с привода флажка наличия картриджа. Аппарат расценивает этот факт как сигнал установки нового картриджа и обнуляет свой внутренний счетчик отпечатков картриджа. Если до этого факта индицировалась ошибка Toner, то она сбрасывается и индикатор гаснет. Электрически датчик наличия картриджа представляет собой транзисторную оптопару. Эмиттер фототранзистора подключен к общему проводу, а вывод коллектор через подтягивающий резистор к проводу питания. Сигнал с коллектора идет на главную плату. При открытой щели оптопары сигнал близок по уровню к нулевому потенциалу, при закрытии щели сигнал с высоким уровнем. Идея кнопки сброса состоит в подключении последовательно с фототранзистором нормальнозамкнутой кнопки, нажатием на которую и производится имитация установки нового картриджа. При этом кнопка не мешает нормальной штатной работе датчика.
Требующиеся материалы: 2 куска тонкого изолированного провода длиной 10 см и нормальнозамкнутая Н.З. кнопка для установки на панель с гайкой:

Снимаем левую боковую панель. Для этого выдвигаем лоток для бумаги, открываем переднюю и заднюю крышки. Сначала снимаем верхний задний зацеп боковой панели, затем сдвигаем заднюю часть панели немного вниз, потом снимаем передний верхний зацеп. После чего левая панель оказывается снятой.
Приподнимаем верхнюю панель. Достаточно снять боковой и передний левый зацеп:
Снимаем плату индикации и управления. Она крепится на двух защелках к раме аппарата. Отсоединяем шлейф снимаемой платы от главной платы.
В снятой левой боковой панели проделываем отверстие для размещения кнопки. Место расположения отверстия можно увидеть на фото 3 и 4. Кнопку устанавливаем и прикручиваем гайкой:
Проводим коммутацию, отражённую на фото выше. Припаиваем к кнопке провода. Провода от кнопки припаиваем к контактам 1 и 3 разъёма CN2 платы индикации и управления. Замыкаем между собой контакт 9 и незадействованный контакт 10 разъёма CN3 Перемычка1 на фото выше. Припаиваем перемычку между коллектором фототранзистора оптопары PI1 и контактной площадкой неустановленного резистора R2, ведущей к контакту 1 разъёма CN2 Перемычка2 на фото выше. Дорожку от коллектора фототранзистора к контакту 9 разъёма CN3 перерезаем ножом Разрыв на фото выше.
Собираем всё обратно. Ставим на место плату индикации и управления, подключаем её шлейф к главной плате. Фиксируем защелки верхней панели. Устанавливаем левую панель, начиная с нижнего заднего угла, убедившись, что провода от кнопки не попадают в движущиеся узлы. Приклеиваем рядом с кнопкой инструкцию для пользователя. Окончательный внешний вид:
Откройте переднюю крышку. Нажмите и удерживайте ЗЕЛЁНУЮ кнопку в течение 4секунд, пока не загорятся все четыре индикатора. Кактолько загорятся все индикаторы, отпустите ЗЕЛЁНУЮ кнопку. Закройте переднюю крышку.
Откройте, затем закройте переднюю крышку. Через 3 секунды после начала работы двигателя аппарата не путать с вентилятором! 2 раза нажмите ЧЁРНУЮ кнопку.
Разумеется, данная схема применима и для других принтеров и МФУ Brother, использующих такую схему определения картриджа.
